- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a return label and instructions on how to return the item. A replacement or refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective item.
